Breathwork and yoga in Utrecht and online
Slow your breath. The rest follows.
I'm Mira. I teach busy, wired people to breathe in a way that settles the body, in a small class on Thursday evenings, one to one, or at home with a short course.

Who you'll breathe with
Hi, I'm Mira.
I spent ten years in busy newsrooms and learned to breathe the hard way. Now I teach the simple practices that helped me, slowly and without fuss, to people who don't have time to be calm.
Good to know
Trained in
Breath-led yoga (500 hours) and trauma-aware teaching.
Teaching since
2019, in Utrecht and online.
I came for my sleep and stayed for Thursdays. It's the one hour in my week nobody can reach me.Sanne, Thursday class since 2024
Not sure where to start?
Tell me a little, and I'll suggest one thing.
A line about what you're looking for is enough. I answer every message myself, usually within two days.
I use your details only to answer you, and to send the letter if you ticked the box.
Questions
Good to know.
I've never done breathwork. Is that all right?
Yes. Most people who come have never done it. Every class starts from the simplest breath and nobody is asked to push.
Do I need anything?
Comfortable clothes. In the studio there are mats and blankets; at home a cushion or a chair is enough.
Is this therapy or medical advice?
No. It's a gentle practice. If you have a heart or lung condition or are pregnant, check with your doctor first and tell me before class.
Can I cancel a class I booked?
Yes, up to 24 hours before, from the link in your booking email.
